AF Real Estate Holdings, LLC (AF), and its associated entities, develops, owns and manages commercial and residential real estate exclusively in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. 

Headed by Nate Accardo, AF is actively involved in the community and focuses its resources on projects that help continue the momentum of downtown Kansas City’s arts, culture and economic renaissance.  AF is focused on enhancing the existing fabric of our urban neighborhoods and committed to sustainable development design strategies. 

Formed as part of an overall strategy by Nate Accardo to protect the interests of his employees and provide growth opportunities for his company, Custom Color Corporation, AF began assembling property around Custom Color’s 55,000 square foot operating plant.  Located in the heart Kansas City’s thriving arts and cultural center, and in business for over 40 years, Custom Color provides large format digital imagining and visual communication services to clients worldwide.  

AF currently controls over 450,000 square feet of commercial property and associated parking within the 14-acre Tax Increment Financing District (TIF), now formally called the “Accardo Arts and Design District.” AF and it’s associated entities designs and builds modern and distinctive urban living spaces and commercial properties.

Drawing from a broad base of general real estate experience, ranging from multi-tenant commercial developments, individual residential developments, land planning, and mixed-use residential lofts, Nate Accardo has developed real estate individually and in ventures with other for over four decades.
